Reduce your page weight first.
remove unwanted images and animations.
try to go for CSS designing.

there was a tool called page speed profits where you could check your page loading speed and google outlines these errors that your website faces for low page loading.

3 – Optimize Images
4- Choose correct format for images
5 – Optimize all large files
6- Keep Design and Interface Simple
7- Define height and width
8. Use Clean CSS
9-Use a backslash at the end of the link
10 – Analyze W3C standard and Load time regulary

1. Minimize the number of HTTP requests
2. Optimize and correctly display images
3. Minify HTML, CSS, and Javascript
4. Use a Content Delivery Network (CDN)
5. Gzip and compress components
6. Choose <link> over @import
7. Put stylesheets at the top
8. Put scripts at the bottom
9. Utilize browser caching
10. Use CSS Sprites
