In the right corner of PPC AD there will be phone symbol , If user click on the symbol directly call will forwarded to the advertiser through "Toll-free Google forwarding number", google Adwords track the call and forward to advertiser, Each Completed calls $1.00 USD fee will be charged and it will automatically debited from the advertiser adwords Account , you’ll get detailed reporting on calls generated by your campaign right in AdWords.

Thanks for the feedback. However, still haven't found anything quite yet that has hit the spot.

I'm really after a Google Adwords, cpc, etc blueprint.. something along the lines of the following:
a) Build out a website based on keyword research linking to a certain affiliate offer or similar.
b) Buy Google AdWords traffic to send to the site/landing page/blog

Anybody know anything like this?
